These terms apply to your use of the Little Mimics website and its free browser demo. Please read them before playing. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the website.
1. The browser demo
The website provides information about Little Mimics and a playable preview containing Level 1 and Level 30. The demo is offered for personal, non-commercial entertainment. It does not require an account, does not offer purchases, and does not transfer progress to the iPhone app. We may update, suspend, or remove the demo or website.
2. App availability
The iPhone app is not yet available on the App Store. Download links are placeholders that currently open a coming-soon page. Descriptions of the app reflect its current development version; release dates, features, availability, and pricing may change. No purchase or download is promised by using this website.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the website and play the demo. You agree not to use the website to break applicable laws, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access to systems. Any use beyond personal enjoyment, including redistribution of the game, artwork, music, or source code, requires permission or a separately applicable license.
4. Intellectual property
The Little Mimics name, characters, game design, original artwork, and original musical composition belong to their respective rights holders. Using this website does not transfer ownership of those materials. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licenses. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.; this website is not operated or endorsed by Apple.
5. Availability and limitations
The website and demo are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent allowed by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every browser, or error-free gameplay. Demo progress is temporary and may be lost when you reload or leave the page.
6. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
7. Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy describes the website’s handling of information. External services, including the App Store after release, have their own terms and privacy policies. The native app will have separate release disclosures and applicable distribution terms.
